“I recently completed a project on Voyager 2. I was fascinated by the idea of space exploration and wanted to learn more about one of the most important missions in the history of space travel.
I started by doing research on the Voyager 2 mission, which was launched by NASA in 1977 to explore the outer planets of our solar system. I read books and articles, watched videos and documentaries to gather information and insights.
After gathering all the necessary information, I began putting together my project. As my friend Lilly was doing her project on Voyager 1 we decided to make a model of the Voyager twin spacecraft out of cardboard scraps from my dad’s work, complete with all the instruments and tools that were used on the mission. I also created a cruise ship style video of the mission, highlighting the key milestones and discoveries that were made along the way.
After presenting it to my class and taking them on a 40-year journey through the solar system. I asked them all to write a post card back to Earth about what they liked the most.
As I worked on my project, I found that I was having a lot of fun. I enjoyed learning about the different parts of the spacecraft and what they were used for. I also loved creating the model and making it look as realistic as possible.
I chose Voyager 2 for my project, as I was inspired by the mission’s sense of adventure and exploration. I am fascinated by the idea of traveling to the outer edges of our solar system and discovering new things about our universe.
Overall, I had a great time working on my Voyager 2 project. I learned a lot about space exploration and had fun with my friend putting together our model. I hope that my project will inspire others to be curious about space and the wonders of our universe.
