To celebrate World Space Week 2022, Chris Boshuizen (World Space Week Ambassador), One Giant Leap Australia Foundation, Moonshot and RMIT Space Industry Hub are proud to announce ‘Mission: Sustainability’. We are pleased to share sustainable space station designs from school students around Australia.
The theme of World Space Week 2022 was ‘Space and Sustainability’. With that in mind, Australian students were invited to design a sustainable space station of the future. They designed the interior and exterior with five basic requirements for a habitable space station:
Air, water, food, power and a toilet.
