For example, in 2023 Geospatial Intelligence donated funds to assist with students participating in the Global Space Challenge. The donation allowed students to be able to access technology and to utilise the high-end software and participate in a global space competition.
In 2024, high school student Eve received a scholarship from Electro Optic Systems to assist with her participation in Space Tour USA 2025. This experience has inspired both her and her peers. Eve presented about her experiences and how they fostered her belief in her own potential. Eve has taken on the role of mentor, particularly for younger female students. Eve has taken part in mentoring activities in our Connecting Minds Project, working with schools in Japan at the Osaka Expo 2025. She has been involved with the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) work experience program and the ‘Girls to Graduates STEM Camp’. Eve is the recipient of the Ministers Award for Excellent in Student Achievement at the Public Education Awards 2025. She is a passionate and dedicated individual who is devoted to a future in STEM, and the aerospace industry.
